Mock Blintzes - cooking recipe

white bread slices, crusts removed (Wonder bread works best)
softened cream cheese
melted butter
cinnamon and sugar
Preparation

Remove the crusts from bread.
Roll with rolling pin until thin.
Spread generously with softened cream cheese, then roll up.
Dip the rolls in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon and sugar.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until crispy.
Slice into 1-inch slices.
Good as an appetizer or for brunch or breakfast.
