Meat And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1 large onion
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Cook noodles. Rinse in cold water and drain.
Melt butter in frying pan. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Drain off fat.
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, tomato sauce and paste. Simmer 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, cream cheese and onion.
In buttered casserole, alternate layers of noodles, meat mixture, sour cream mixture and sharp cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
