Crab Melt - cooking recipe

8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg english muffins
1/2 c butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 6 oz. crabmeat
Preparation

Melt butter and cheese over low heat. Add lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and garlic salt. Mix well. Process in blender until smooth. In bowl, fold in crabmeat, mix well. Spread onto english muffins. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cut into quarter pieces. Serve immediately.
