Lamb Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt
    black pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. tarragon
    1 jar Grey Poupon mustard
    2 Tbsp. thyme
    2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Wash leg of lamb.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper for 1 hour before cooking and allow to stand.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine ingredients and baste leg of lamb throughout cooking.
