Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

beef chuck pot roast
1/3 c. cooking oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. honey
1/4 c. cold water
Preparation

Trim excess fat from meat.
Place meat in plastic bag; set in a deep bowl.
For marinade, combine cooking oil, soy, lemon juice, honey gark and ginger.
Pour over meat; close bag.
Marinate overnight in refrigerator; turn bag occasionally to distribute marinade.
