Pear Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
dash of salt
2 beaten eggs
3/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. diced pears
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
-
Combine dry ingredients with liquid and mix well.
Add pears and pecans.
Will be hard to stir.
Bake 50 minutes in greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0.
