Baked Turkey, Chicken Or Hen - cooking recipe

salt
sage
2 stalks celery
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Wash and clean bird.
Rub outside and inside with salt and sage.
On the inside of the bird, place 1 or 2 stalks of celery and 1 stick of margarine.
Put in a brown oven bag or cover with Reynolds Wrap.
Place in pan on the breast of the bird and bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
Twenty minutes before taking out of oven, turn bird on its back and brown the breast.
Let cool 30 minutes before trying to slice.
