Cabbage Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. shredded cabbage
6 to 8 slices crisp bacon
3 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. celery
8 oz. sour cream
1 lb. lean ground beef
3 Tbsp. flour
dash of garlic powder
2 pie crusts
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain.
Mix water and flour.
Combine with beef.
Add sour cream, onion and celery.
Crumble bacon into beef mixture.
Place one pie crust in pan and cover bottom of crust with shredded cabbage.
Top cabbage with meat mixture. Place second crust on top.
Bake until crust is brown.
