Sweet And Sour Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/3 c. ReaLemon juice
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
    6 c. cooked rice
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1 small carrot, diced
Preparation
    In a large skillet, put everything except rice and shrimp. Stir over medium heat until thickened.
    Add shrimp; cook until pink.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4 to 5.
