Oyster Dressing(Serves 40 Moosers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    giblets from turkey plus back, neck, tail wing and fat
    1 pkg. celery, chopped
    2 large onions, chopped
    3 cans rubbed sage
    10 to 11 loaves bread
    1 stick real butter
    5 Tbsp. minced garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Day Before:
    Lay bread out on large pans to dry overnight. Do not toast.
    In large pot, put 5 quarts of water, all butter, turkey parts and onion and boil for stock.
    Debone turkey parts and chop with giblets.
