Squash Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    12 yellow squash
    1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of celery soup
    1/2 can milk
    1 onion, diced
    1 egg
    1 small carton sour cream or plain yogurt
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender.
    Slice the squash and cook in microwave on paper towels (high power about 3 to 4 minutes).
    Dry the squash on paper towels to get as much water out as possible. Mash squash and put into a bowl.
    Melt butter and add diced onion. Add this to the squash.
    Mix in soup, milk, egg and sour cream. Add the bag of stuffing.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, 20 to 30 minutes.
