Mixed Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. carrots, uncooked
    1 head lettuce or mustard
    1 onion (if liked)
    2 or 3 sweet peppers
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    mayonnaise dressing (if desired)
Preparation
    Slice carrots, onion and sweet peppers.
    Chop lettuce fine. Add olive oil, mix in well, then vinegar or serve with mayonnaise.
