Rice And Hot Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Minute rice
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 lb. pkg. beef hot dogs
Preparation
    Cook Minute rice; set aside.
    Saute onion in oil; mix with catsup, water, vinegar, mustard, black pepper and cut up hot dogs. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then serve on the rice.
