Waldorf Astoria Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    2 medium onions, diced
    1 c. celery
    1 c. carrots
    3 or 4 potatoes
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. minute tapioca
    1 can tomato soup and 2/3 can water, mixed
Preparation
    Layer and do not stir. Cover and bake 5 hours at 250\u00b0. Biscuits are good with this.
