Mushroom Puffs(Yield: 4 Dozen) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1 small onion, chopped
2 egg yolks
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, cleaned and diced
3 Tbsp. minced parsley
24 oz. cream cheese (soft)
paprika to taste
1 loaf cocktail bread slices
Preparation

In a medium skillet, melt butter and saute mushrooms and onion over medium heat until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Drain.
Heat broiler.
In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, egg yolks, parsley and seasonings until combined.
Spread evenly on cocktail bread slices and sprinkle with paprika.
Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly browned and puffed.
Serve immediately.
