Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. hot sausage or regular
10 oz. pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Let cheese and sausage lay out a while.
Grate cheese.
Mix cheese, sausage and Bisquick together.
Work up like dough.
Pinch off and roll into little balls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, about 15 or 20 minutes.
