Sole With Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fillet of sole
    Dijon mustard
    grated Parmesan cheese
    cooked asparagus
    white wine
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Soak the sole in lemon juice for 20 minutes and drain.
    Spread the mustard on the bottom of the fish.
    Generously shake on the Parmesan cheese.
    Take 2 to 3 pieces of asparagus and place in the center of the fillet.
    Roll the fish.
    Place in greased baking dish.
    Pour white wine over fish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until fish is done.
    Sprinkle with dill and paprika for color.
