Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head (bunch) broccoli, chopped
3 c. cubed potatoes (raw)
1 1/2 to 2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. parsley flakes
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 chicken flavored bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. or more Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. cubed cooked ham
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except milk, flour and cheese.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are soft, especially broccoli (add water if necessary).
Gradually add all milk to flour in shaker; add to vegetables gradually.
Stir and boil until thickened.
Then add cheese just before serving.
Turn off heat and stir.
