Quick Cherry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cherry pie filling (any other pie filling may be used)
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    3 Tbsp. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix pie filling and lemon peel in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Combine baking mix and butter in small bowl.
    Add water.
    Stir vigorously until dough forms a ball and cleans bowl.
    Drop dough by spoonfuls onto fruit mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
    Makes 9 servings.
