Salmon Cakes(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, flaked
    1 c. soft bread crumbs (2 slices)
    1/4 c. chopped green onion (I use onion flakes)
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spray cookie sheet with Pam.
    Combine all ingredients; stir well.
    Shape mixture into 4 patties.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake for 5 minutes on each side.
