Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small bag tortilla chips (12 oz.)
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
16 oz. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
Crumble chips in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Brown ground beef and onion. Add seasonings, tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Spoon over tortilla chips.
Mix cottage cheese and sour cream together.
Spoon over beef mixture.
Top with cheese. Cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
