Shoo-Fly Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2/3 c. dark brown sugar
    1 round Tbsp. Crisco
    1 c. molasses
    1 egg
    3/4 c. hot water
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and Crisco.
    Reserve 1/2 cup crumbs for top. To remaining, add molasses, 3/4 cup hot water and beaten egg. Mix.
    (Will be slightly lumpy.)
    Add baking soda, dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water.
    Pour into unbaked crust.
    Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake 5 minutes at 450\u00b0, then 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
