Penne From Heaven - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. penne
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. olive or canola oil
    1 14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. crumbled feta cheese or blue cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to directions.
    Meanwhile, in a large skillet saute mushrooms in oil for 5 minutes.
    Add the tomatoes, basil and salt.
    Cook and stir for 5 minutes, drain pasta and add to the skillet.
    Stir in cheese heat thru.
    5 servings.
