Baked Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 qt. pecans

Preparation

Beat egg white stiff.
Mix all together.
Pour on buttered sheet pan.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
