Pan-Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch thick slices.
    In a 12-inch skillet melt the butter or margarine over medium heat.
    Add sliced potatoes and cook, turning occasionally for 20 minutes or until tender.
    Sprinkle with salt.
