"Chicken Again!" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    4 medium carrots, peeled and quartered
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 green pepper, sliced into rings
    1 small onion, sliced into rings
Preparation
    Spray vegetable oil in shallow 2 1/2 to 3-quart baking dish. Place chicken, potatoes and carrots in dish.
    In bowl, mix together tomato sauce and herbs.
    Pour over chicken and vegetables; mix well.
    Lay pepper and onion rings evenly over top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 one hour.
    Remove cover and continue to bake until vegetables are tender and chicken is done, about 20 to 30 minutes.
