Shrimp Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 chopped onion
    1/2 c. pimento (optional)
    1 lb. small shrimp
    1 can beef consomm soup
    1 can water
    2 c. rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saut together the margarine, pepper and onion. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp turn pink. Add the consomm soup, water and rice. Salt and pepper to taste and cook until done.
