Garlic Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. potatoes or enough for 4
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
    freshly ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    lemon peel (for decoration)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a large baking dish, toss together potatoes, oil, garlic salt and pepper.
    Bake, turning several times, 1 hour or until golden.
    Add parsley and lemon peel.
    Toss lightly and serve.
