Yeast Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. self-rising flour
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. cooking oil
5 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. warm water
Preparation

Take yeast and put in warm water with sugar; set aside. Measure flour, put in a bowl.
Add milk and oil with warm water and yeast.
Add to flour and mix real well.
Knead it for a few minutes and put back in a buttered bowl.
Let it rise, about 2 hours.
Then make it out in biscuits.
Let them rise and cook in oven at 375\u00b0 until brown.
