Hawaiian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger meat
    garlic salt to taste
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. tomato paste
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    8 slices canned pineapple slices (no sugar added), cut into small pieces (reserve juice)
    8 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. green pepper
    onion to taste
Preparation
    Mix beef with garlic salt and parsley; make into balls.
    In a large saucepan, combine water, garlic powder, ketchup, salt, soy sauce, tomato paste, pineapple juice, vinegar, brown sugar and flour.
    Cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add meatballs; simmer for about 1 hour on low heat.
    Add sliced green pepper, pineapple slices and onion.
    Cook for 3 minutes.
