Coconut Chocolate Chip Pan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. softened butter
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
    In large bowl, combine butter, white sugar, brown sugar and vanilla flavoring; beat until creamy.
    Beat in eggs.
    Gradually add flour mixture; mix well.
    Stir in chocolate morsels, nuts and coconut.
    Spread in greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Let cool; cut into 2-inch squares.
    Makes 35 squares.
