Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix Crisco and 3/4 cup sugar, then add egg.
    Sift together cream of tartar, soda and salt.
    Mix all together and roll into balls the size of walnuts.
    Then roll in 2 teaspoons sugar and cinnamon.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Cook 10 to 12 minutes.
