Grilled Ham And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices American or Monterey Jack cheese
4 slices ham luncheon meat
8 slices bread
margarine or butter
Preparation

Spread margarine on each slice of bread.
Lay 4 slices of the bread, buttered side down, in a skillet or on a griddle.
Lay a slice of cheese on top of the unbuttered side, followed by the slice of ham on each of the 4 slices of bread.
Take the remaining 4 slices of buttered bread and cover the sandwiches with the buttered side up.
Turn stove on medium heat and brown sandwich on bottom, then using spatula, flip sandwich over and brown, being careful not to burn.
Serve with pickle chips.
