Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    4 eggs
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cut rhubarb and put in pie shell.
    Mix sugar, flour and nutmeg and add beaten eggs to it.
    Pour mixture over rhubarb.
    Cover edges of pie shell with foil and bake 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Take foil off and bake 20 minutes; remove from oven and cool.
