Capt. Steve'S Spicy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
2 eggs
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. parsley
2 tsp. chopped garlic
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. red crushed pepper
hot, hot sauce - optional

Preparation

Mix well.
Shape into loaf.
Roll in 1/4 cup of seasoned bread crumbs.
Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
