Ham And Egg Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread, cubed
    1 lb. ham, cooked and cubed
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 small can mushrooms, sliced
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter or oleo, melted
Preparation
    Cut bread into cubes.
    Toss bread cubes and ham cubes in a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Distribute evenly.
    Sprinkle cheese cubes, green pepper and mushrooms over mixture.
    Beat eggs until foamy; beat in milk, dry mustard and salt.
    Pour evenly over bread mixture.
    Pour melted butter over top.
    Cover tightly with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Cut in squares to serve.
