Caramel Nut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 box light brown sugar
    1 c. granulated sugar
    5 large eggs or 6 medium ones
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts or chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Cream butter, shortening and brown sugar.
    Beat well.
    Now, add granulated sugar and mix until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well each 3 minutes.
    Add milk and vanilla and mix.
    Mix nuts.
    Save 1/2 cup.
    Add flour before adding nuts. Bake in pan for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Line pan in wax paper.
