Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 fresh zucchini, sliced
2 ripe tomatoes, peeled and sliced
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
1/2 c. melted butter or oleo
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced or grated
basil
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Layer zucchini, tomatoes and onion in a 2 to 3 quart Pyrex dish.
Drizzle butter over top.
Sprinkle with basil.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Remove and put Mozzarella on top; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cook another 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Serves 6.
