Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large fryer
1 c. margarine
3/4 c. flour
5 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can tomato paste
1 can pimentos
2 small cloves garlic
2/3 lb. spaghetti
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook chicken until tender.
Remove from bone.
Cut into small pieces.
Melt margarine.
Add flour and dissolve.
Add 5 cups broth and milk.
Cook until thick.
Add celery, mushrooms, tomato paste, chopped pimentos and chopped garlic to sauce.
Let stand at least 1 hour.
(Best to let stand in refrigerator overnight.) Cook spaghetti.
Add sauce and pour into large casserole.
Cover generously with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve with garlic bread.
