Stuffed Pork Chops(Yield: 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops, floured
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1 can celery or mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown floured chops nicely.
    Place in baking dish.
    Melt butter.
    Add onions and salt and pepper.
    In bowl, pour butter mixture and beaten eggs over bread crumbs and toss to coat bread. Place 1/4 cup mixture on each chop.
    Dilute soup with 1/2 can water and pour over all.
    Place in 350\u00b0 oven and bake 45 to 60 minutes.
