Chocolate Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. Karo corn syrup (light or dark)
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
4 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Melt chocolate with margarine.
In large bowl, stir eggs, corn syrup, vanilla, sugar and slightly-colored chocolate mixture until well blended.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
Cool.
Serves 8.
