Ingredients

1 bottle Russian dressing
1 c. apricot preserves
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
1 fryer or 2 lb. breast of chicken

Preparation

Sprinkle with salt; scatter dressing, onion soup mix and preserves over chicken.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
