Double-Decker Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow macaroni, medium shells or other medium pasta shape (uncooked)
    2 c. fresh green beans, cut in half, or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans, thawed and drained
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 medium carrots, grated
    1 red apple, diced (about 1 1/4 c.)
    1 (6 1/8 oz.) can white tuna (packed in water), drained
    1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Prepare pasta according to package directions and drain. Blanch green beans by cooking in pot of boiling water for 2 minutes.
    Drain and rinse well with cold water.
    Drain again.
