Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. spaghetti
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small green pepper, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tomato, diced
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. part skim shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain spaghetti.
    Mix margarine, eggs and Parmesan cheese into hot spaghetti.
    In a buttered pie plate, shape spaghetti into a crust.
    Brown beef; add green pepper, mushrooms and onion and cook 5 minutes.
    Drain fat.
    Add tomato paste, tomatoes, sugar, garlic salt and oregano.
    Mix together and heat for a few minutes longer.
    Cover spaghetti crust with cottage cheese and spoon in meat mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
