1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/3 c. low-fat Italian salad dressing
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 small garlic clove, minced
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Cover and chill.
Makes 1 cup of lower calorie, lower fat dressing; 12 calories per tablespoon and 1 gram total fat.
