Chile Relleno Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    8 oz. diced chiles
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Beat eggs.
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to eggs.
    Add chiles and cheeses.
    Pour into pan and bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake 35 minutes or until set.
    Cool 15 minutes before serving.
    Great for a crowd.
