A Gingerbread Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. molasses
    6 3/4 c. sifted flour
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. ginger
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    raisins or currants for decorations
Preparation
    Cream margarine, sugar and salt in large bowl.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add molasses and vinegar, mixing well.
    Sift together flour, soda, ginger, cinnamon and gradually add these dry ingredients to the molasses mixture and mix well.
    Chill dough 3 to 4 hours.
