Southern Baked Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. oleo
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 (17 oz.) cans drained yams
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Combine sugar and flour; cut in oleo. Add nuts.
Arrange yams in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with sugar mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with marshmallows.
Broil until lightly browned.
