Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 can onion soup or mushroom soup
    1 can beef consomme
    1(4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
    1 stick margarine
    garlic salt or chopped green onion to taste
Preparation
    Place rice in bottom of a 1 1/2-quart dish and add everything else.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir after 1/2 hour.
    Done when there is no liquid on top.
