Pineapple Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    4 c. bread cubes
Preparation
    Cream together oleo, sugar and eggs.
    Add milk, pineapple and bread cubes.
    Bake in greased casserole for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0. This is good instead of potatoes with a meal.
